Refund policy

Please email shopdylanj@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your item to request a return. Include the order # and the item name in your email. The customer is responsible for the postage to return, it must be post marked within 7 days of delivery. At this time, 7 days is the return policy due to being a small business and certain vendors we work with have a 7 day return policy.

Items must be returned unworn in their original condition with tags attached.

Once you have sent back your item (s), email shopdylanj@gmail.com with your tracking information.

- Shipping is not refunded. The customer is responsible for the return shipping

-No Returns allowed on the following:

• Jewelry of any kind

• Discounted items/sale items

• Items with tags removed

• Items that appear worn

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
